• Any irregular activity or security concern on your account should be reported to bajifair immediately.
• To change your registered email address or phone number, you will need to complete a verification process through our support team.

Deposits at Bajifair can be made via bKash, Nagad, and other accepted payment methods. Minimum deposit amounts and maximum limits apply.

• Minimum deposit: ৳200. Maximum deposit limits vary depending on your account level and chosen payment method.
• Deposits must be made from a payment account registered in your own name — using someone else's account will result in the deposit being held.

• Minimum withdrawal amount: ৳500 BDT. The maximum daily withdrawal limit depends on your account verification level.
• Withdrawals can only be processed to the same payment method used for your most recent deposit.
• Withdrawals exceeding ৳5,000 BDT may be held until KYC verification is complete. Submitting your ID speeds up the process.
• Rollover requirements must be met before bonus funds can be withdrawn — attempting to withdraw before conditions are fulfilled may result in the bonus being forfeited.
• Withdrawals are typically processed within 15 minutes. In certain cases, it may take up to 24–48 hours.

Bajifair offers a variety of bonuses and promotions. Each offer comes with specific terms that should be read carefully before claiming.

• The welcome bonus is available to new members only, and can be claimed once. Any attempt to claim the bonus through multiple accounts will result in all associated accounts being permanently closed.
• Bonus rollover requirements typically apply a specified multiplier to the combined total of your deposit and bonus. For example, a 5x rollover on a ৳1,000 bonus means you need to place ৳5,000 in bets.
• Winnings from bonuses may be subject to minimum odds requirements — typically only bets placed at odds of 1.80 or above will qualify.
• If the rollover requirement is not met within 30 days of receiving a bonus, any unused bonus will expire.
• Cashback bonuses are generally rollover-free but must be used within a specified time period.
• Bajifair reserves the right to modify or cancel any bonus offer at any time, with notice provided before the changes take effect.

There are certain fundamental rules that all members must follow when placing sports bets on Bajifair. These rules are in place to ensure a fair experience for everyone.

• Once a bet is confirmed, it cannot be changed or cancelled — however, you may use the Cash Out feature to settle early.
• If a match is cancelled or abandoned, all related bets will be voided and stakes returned.
• In live betting, odds change in real time — the odds displayed at the moment your bet is placed are final.
• If a bet is accepted at incorrect odds due to a technical error, bajifair reserves the right to void that bet.
• Maximum bet limits are determined by your account tier and the specific market you are betting on.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the bajifair platform. Violating these rules will result in permanent account closure and may lead to balance forfeiture.

• Bonus arbitrage or bonus abuse — attempting to claim benefits without meeting the required conditions.
• Match fixing or betting using insider information.
• Using automated bots or software to place bets or play games.
• Opening or conducting transactions on an account using another person's identity.
• Operating multiple accounts from the same household.
• Using the platform for money laundering or handling illegal funds.

Bajifair reserves the right to suspend or terminate an account without prior notice in the following circumstances.

• If evidence of a breach of the terms and conditions is found.
• If information does not match during KYC verification, or if a member fails to cooperate with the verification process.
• In cases of prolonged inactivity (generally exceeding 12 months).
• At the member's own request — through a self-exclusion or account closure application.

In the event of account closure, any valid balance will be returned — however, active bonuses and funds from incomplete rollovers may be forfeited.

• bajifair is not liable for losses resulting from theft of a member's own login credentials — enabling two-factor authentication is strongly recommended.

• Self-Deposit Limit — set your own daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits.
• Reality Check — Receive periodic reminders showing how long you've been playing.
